You grant Soon Xing Engineering Pte Ltd an everlasting, global, fully transferable, sub licensable, binding, fully paid-up, and royalty free license to use the feedback you provide on soonxing.com in any way. Soon Xing Engineering Pte Ltd will not sell, publish or share your feedback in a way that could identify you without your consent.

Your Rights Granted to Us

By providing soonxing.com your personal particulars, you are licensing that content to Soon Xing Engineering Pte Ltd for the sole purposes of providing you with the Products. Soon Xing Engineering Pte Ltd will also store your content for the sole purpose of continuing to provide you with the service. Soon Xing Engineering PTE LTD MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, STATUTORY OR IMPLIED AS TO: (i) THE AVAILABILITY OF TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES FROM YOUR PROVIDER AND ACCESS TO THE SERVICES AT ANY TIME OR FROM ANY LOCATION; (ii) ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR OTHER SECURITY INTRUSION OF THE TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES; AND (iii) ANY DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES OR FAILURE TO TRANSMIT ANY DATA, COMMUNICATIONS OR SETTINGS CONNECTED WITH THE SERVICES.

Alerts & Notifications

Soonxing.com may send automatic email alerts to your computer or mobile devices from time to time. Alerts and notifications sent will consist of but not limited to; new updates on soonxing.com and changes you made to your personal information. You can choose to turn off the alerts and notifications by accessing your settings in soonxing.com and doing the necessary adjustments. Alerts and notifications may include some of your personal information which will be displayed on your emails. Other than the Products provided by soonxing.com, additional features include the blogs, chats or bulletin boards. These forums may be hosted by Soon Xing Engineering Pte Ltd or by one of our third party service providers on Soon Xing Engineering Pte Ltd.’s behalf. You agree in posting content to follow certain rules.

Soon Xing Engineering Pte Ltd may include other interaction with users through different social media platform such as Facebook®, Twitter®, LinkedIn®, Instagram®, Pinterest® and YouTube® that enable online information sharing and social interaction with other users of the platforms. Any content you post, such as pictures, information, opinions, or any personal information that you make available to other participants on these social platforms, is subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policies of those platforms. Please refer to those social media platforms to better understand your rights and obligations with regard to such content.

Refund of Purchase

Upon purchasing Soon Xing Engineering Pro subscription, there will be no refund. Once the subscription expires, your Soon Xing Engineering account will revert to a Lite account, and you will no longer have the additional storage quota or features granted by the Pro upgrade.

THE CONTENT AND ALL SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ASSOCIATED WITH soonxing.com PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE (WHETHER OR NOT SPONSORED) ARE PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. Soon Xing Engineering PTE LTD MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONTENT OR OPERATION OF soonxing.com OR OF THE SERVICE. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

Alerts Disclaimer

You understand and agree that any alerts provided to you through the Products may be delayed or prevented by a variety of factors. Soon Xing Engineering Pte Ltd does its best to provide alerts in a timely manner with accurate information. However, we neither guarantee the delivery nor the accuracy of the content of any alert. You also agree that Soon Xing Engineering Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any delays, failure to deliver, or misdirected delivery of any alert; for any errors in the content of an alert; or for any actions taken or not taken by you or any third party in reliance on an alert.

Your Indemnification of Soon Xing Engineering Pte Ltd

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pinterest and its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, suits, proceedings, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees (including costs of defense of claims, suits or proceedings brought by third parties), in any way related to (a) your access to or use of our Products, (b) your User Content, or (c) your breach of any of these Terms

Termination

If for any reason, you would want to cease your agreement with soonxing.com, you can abolish all agreements and connection with soonxing.com by deleting your account through the account’s settings.

Soon Xing Engineering may terminate or suspend this license at any time, with or without cause or notice to you. Upon termination, you continue to be bound by the Terms.

Changes to our Terms of Use

Soon Xing Engineering Pte Ltd reserves all rights to make any and all changes in this website at its sole discretion without prior notice to the user. Soon Xing Engineering Pte Ltd reserves the right to deny access to this website to anyone at any time without prior notice. Materials on our website may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes may be periodically incorporated into this material. Soon Xing Engineering Pte Ltd may make improvements and/or changes in the products, services and/or programmes described in these materials at any time without notice.
