Job duties:
- Involve in the work flow of Sales / Purchases
- Churning out Quotation, Sales Order, Purchases Order, Tax Invoice, Delivery Order, Packing List and Documentation
- Monitor Delivery Schedule from suppliers / to customers to ensure prompt and efficient delivery
- Oversee inventory turnover and levels
- To ensure goods are properly and correctly packed before delivery
- Boost the company sales / profitability by conducting regular market feedbacks and suppliers' reviews
- Ensure timely completion and accuracy in assigned tasks
- Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments
- Professionally represent the company with integrity and honesty

Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of working experience in sales
- Detail-oriented, analytical and dynamic
- Good command of verbal and written English
- Customer oriented
- Possess Microsoft Office skills
- Able to work independently
